Not Responding status

    1- we have an issue that our agents in Egypt can't receive calls from Dubai site over VPN they enter in not responding status and can't receive any call.


    2- we make calculation by Bandwidth calculator at Genesys help site and if all our agent's make calls concurrent we just need (2) Mbps bandwidth we already have VPN connection with (4) Mbps bandwidth and it was saturated as shown in attached image now we upgrade VPN to (8) Mbps and the issue still exist, so we need to know the root cause of this issue.


    3- we need also to know when the agents in Egypt receive calls from Dubai the recording of this calls saved in cloud via VPN ( which can make saturation in VPN) or not.
