    This is more of an idea. I wasn't sure if there was a way of "reacting" to a message - perhaps adding a "like" button.

    Abe, are you referring to private messages within Community?

    I was thinking of PureCloud Chat ( the IM service - https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/send-a-chat-message/)
