If we want to schedule a callback during the outbound campaign. We can not schedule a date, if its more then 2 weeks.
For example:
Outbound campaign call at 2nd May 2017
We try to schedule a callback at 2nd June 2017
--> error message from PureCloud: failed to schedule callback
Outbound campaign call at 2nd May 2017 (same campaign)
We try to schedule a callback at 10th May 2017
--> OK, callback is scheduled
When we afterwards export the campaign list --> both dates are filled in
But when we check Permformance - Scheduled Callbacks --> only the callback of 10 May is shown
