I would like agents to be able to see the queue name when viewing an interaction in the "Active Interactions" tab. Our supervisor users are able to see the queue name in this way but they have a significant number of additional permissions we don't necessarily want to pass to all agents.
Can someone point me in the right direction for the specific permission or setting to enable this functionality without a huge set of additional permissions? Thank you.
Hi @Dustin Strom, try granting the routing > queue > view permission to your agents. This should enable them to see queue names without letting them into any supervisor or admin features.
