A place to ask questions, connect with others, and stay in the know
Anyone have a wa for an agent or supervisor to set a banner that can play during the IVR? That way an Agent or supervisor could add some text like "Email is down, this is a known issue, you do not need to stay on the line" and user can abandon before entering queue?
If not I think this would be a really cool feature request. Some way for an Admin to create a "Banner" object in architect that allows a user to type in a TTS message or upload a wav file via a separate, less permissioned, page.
