Is there a way that I can view real-time reports on agent status changes etc? Every time I need a report I have to go to reports, generate (change the date and select NOW), and then wait for it to generate.
But the biggest problem for instance is right now is 10:30am and I want to check on the agent status changes earlier this morning... but the report I generated is a few hours back and telling "No data available"... why??? (see attached screen shot)
Isn't reporting a key functionality for management and supervisors in order to gauge productivity and customer experience? Why can't this be real-time? and why do we always have to download PDFs?
Very frustrating.
