  • 1.  "Phone Selector" in mobile app (Collaborate)

    In PureCloud, I can select which phone I want to ring for incoming calls (Calls  > Phone Selector), it would be great if the mobile app could do this too (Android Collaborate)

    You can.

     

    Touch on the hamburger menu, top left, then Settings.

     

    Under settings is Collaborate Selected Station. touch that to select the station you want.
