    If you can’t find the information you need in the Resource Center, or if you don’t have the necessary troubleshooting expertise in-house, you can contact Enhanced Professional Support or PureCloud Technical Support. Before you do, go to the Customer Roles and Responsibilities training to learn more about these options. Also included: valuable troubleshooting and information gathering requirements to help you work efficiently with our Customer Care Analysts.
