    So will this new feature called "Phone Redundancy" eliminate the issue all of us experienced yesterday with the Amazon Web Servers (AWS) outage? Can anyone answer this please, as this predicament really affected our business. We were down for 4 hours or so, during peak business hours! Thank you all.

    I asked around and unfortunately phone redundancy does not appear to help with AWS outages. Here are a couple of articles that might be of interest to you.
