We are having difficulty successfully configuring WFM for our staff breaks. Our breaks are 10 minutes each but the system wants 5 or 15 mins. Has anyone worked out a way to get around this other than manually updating each break?

For activities within work plan configuration even though the step-value of the control is 15m you can override the numeric value. I do see that in activity codes (e.g., say you created a '10m Break' activity code with the default activity category of Break) that it does not allow a similar override. We will get a fix out to resolve the activity code configuration issue.

We have fixed the application to allow activity code lengths divisible by 5 instead of just 15 (see image below).  Please let us know if that fixes your problem.
