Hi Team,

We would like to perform some kind of load testing to simulate voice calls on PureCloud platform from different locations, is there any API in PureCloud available to accomplish this task, these are steps in testing.

- Make a call

- Press right IVR options programmatically 

- Play some audit file to simulate end-user voice

- Wait for 20 mins and then hang up 

Is there any 3rd party software or cloud testing tools to accomplish this task in case if PureCloud doesn't have any APIs. 

You'll need  to use a 3rd party tool to place calls from an external system into PureCloud. There is an open source project that can simulate calls via your edge, but it doesn't seem like a perfect fit based on your stated needs. https://github.com/MyPureCloud/call_simulator

Sorry, I don't have any recommendations for 3rd party load testing software. I'm sure there's lots of results on google though.
