The high-level answer is that yes, private information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings are always encrypted by default: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/encryption-keys-page/

In addition, PureCloud uses secure protocols such as TLS for transferring data.

PureCloud also meets several ISO security standards. See  https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/purecloud-security-compliance/ for specifics about data encryption and which ISO standards PureCloud conforms to.

Information about HIPAA compliance might also be useful to you: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/hipaa-compliance/

Will a Phone number list for PureCloud Dialer be encrypted while beeing used in PureCloud - "at rest" ?
