Can PureCloud Voice be used as an SMS/texting service?

    Anyhow, to the best of my knowledge, PureCloud Voice is not an SMS provider.

    Not yet, there are plans for SMS / MMS support throughout the platform. But at this time there are only select spots in which PureCloud usage SMS for very specific notifications.
