    On the Queues, Agents, and Interactions performance views, you can show and hide columns. Just click the Customize button in the bottom right of each view, then click Show/Hide Columns. You can choose which columns you want to see in the view. (I like that it also has "Reset to defaults" so I can quickly set everything back like it was.) Screen Shot 2016-10-21 at 4.44.08 PM
