Is it possible to have public "guest" rooms?

  • 1.  Is it possible to have public "guest" rooms?

    Use Case:  If we're working with an outside consulting group on a project, can we create a room where we invite a few users outside of our organization to be used as a collaboration chat room but will be removed or archived once the project has come to completion?  

    Is there a way for guest users to be configured for temporary access to "guest" room?

    This is currently not a supported feature in PureCloud.
