How do my developers get support while working with PureCloud APIs?

  • 1.  How do my developers get support while working with PureCloud APIs?

    Customers and partners should not call PureCloud Support for help with PureCloud Platform APIs.  Instead, PureCloud offers several tools to support developers building applications and integrations with the PureCloud Platform APIs.   The tools range from self help to direct interaction in a collaborative community and are all part of the PureCloud Developer Center ecosystem.  When in doubt, go to the Developer Forum and ask your API questions, but not before you read through posts, navigate the Developer Center and try out the Developer Tools.

     

    1. PureCloud Developer Forum   Contribute, share, ask and answer questions in this vibrant and collaborative community designed for, used and supported by developers all around the world.  PureCloud Developer Evangelists interact with developers from partners and customers alike to help you build cool things with the PureCloud Platform APIs.  Navigate to http://developer.mypurecloud.com/forum and authenticate to the forum with your PureCloud credentials.   We look forward to seeing you there!
    2. PureCloud Developer Center  Find tutorials, videos, sample code, documentation, SDKs, and open source projects on our best in class resource center for PureCloud Platform API developers.
    3. API Developer Tools  The Developer Tools are a powerful and innovative set of tools to assist API developers in working with PureCloud Platform APIs.  Developers coming up to speed on, or evaluating the PureCloud have a suite of tools designed to introduce them to the capabilities of the PureCloud Platform APIs. The tools offer a self-paced discovery path for many platform components. Additionally, these tools work in concert with a developer's own organization to provide tangible, relevant and concrete actions and results within their own organization. In addition, developers can leverage Engage feature-specific tools to simplify the testing of product features without the requirement of managing test harness infrastructure.
