Customers and partners should not call PureCloud Support for help with PureCloud Platform APIs. Instead, PureCloud offers several tools to support developers building applications and integrations with the PureCloud Platform APIs. The tools range from self help to direct interaction in a collaborative community and are all part of the PureCloud Developer Center ecosystem. When in doubt, go to the Developer Forum and ask your API questions, but not before you read through posts, navigate the Developer Center and try out the Developer Tools.
