I'll actually answer.  No, you can't filter or sort currently, but Genesys is working on some kind of Top X sorting, but when you have like 50K of calls that becomes a timing and resource issue.   Top N and Sort Views should be out sometime in Q2.  Here are a couple of shots:

This was one of the "seed" posts by the Community team back when we started this version of it...but it's great to have an answer in case someone finds it in a search.
