    What chat features do you use most or think are most helpful when you chat? 

    For fun, I love a good GIF from giphy.com using the /giphy chat command. 

    For efficiency, I often use the quote feature to reply to a question, especially if the message is further back in the chat history. I like that I can reply in the chat room, to the person, or in another chat room.

    @Shanti Lall @Lindsay Parker Did you know there is now a search chat command? You can type /search and the term you want to search for, and the search panel now automatically opens with results.

    /phone is PureCloud, lets you make a phone call in a one-on-one chat. AWESOME!
