Today, I'm encountering the same issue on my personal Facebook account. I have one page directly associated with my account and another page associated with a business account.
The problem is that when I'm integrating, I can see both Facebook pages :
but when I need to select the page to be routed to Genesys, I only see the personal page and not the one associated with the business account:
Did you manage to find a solution?

hi guys,
on testing the Facebook Page messenger I found that it had to be the Page owner, not a named admin which needed to log in to set up the messenger service integration with GC. I was added as an admin to our FB business page but still could not get the messages through, although GC picked up on the fact that I did have the page available on my FB login.
Is this the same experience for others? As a BPO I suspect this could be off-putting for some clients especially those who run their Facebook page from their own personal account (small businesses may do this)
