I want to check with you something that may be a possible problem.
For the last invoice we received for the first time Data Storage On Demand Charge!
When I look in Subscription part there are no overage
What I've noticed that only 62GB is used for calls (from 1690 GB included) and that was exact number of Qty that we are charged as overage in invoice.
So there's an issue with a billing. I've heard that other partners/customers are affected but wanted to check if someone from you faced same issue, and possible some explanation from Genesys team
