    I was hoping to find some information regarding alert limits. Right now we are expanding to include more work groups in the organization and with this I was hoping to find if there are upper limits of how many alerts you can have running per group  and in total? 

    Also with the increase in calls flowing are there any upper limits of call media that can occur at one given time. We were running only 2 groups and we have recently expanded to 5 and are looking to bring on more of the organization so any help would be appreciated.

    If you are referring to group ringing under Groups, your limits are:
    •  500 groups per ORG (not hard limit, but recommended)
    • 100 social and official groups per user/member
    • 15 members randomly selected for each ringing cycle
    • 1000 members in any ringing rotation
    • Group voicemail status is the same for all members including read and deleted
    Let me know if you are looking for something different.  There are no restrictions on ACD queues
