    Is there audible / visual warning for the customer in the interaction? in this case, the customer contacted the Agent and the same, when responding, the customer sends an audible alert to the customer, whether cell phone or computer.

    Hello Victor. Are you asking about async notifications (mobile push, email, sms) to inform End-User that they have a new message from the brand? Is this for a particular channel? It's something we do plan to add to Web Messaging.
