Maybe somebody knows and/or implemented this option.
Define the max time that the agent can be in "login", for example, after X hours that he is "login" the system will "logout" him and or define that at HH:MM all agents will be "logout".
Also, maybe it's possible to change the agent status (and/or sub-status) after X time?
