Gina,
The granularity option is only available when scheduling an export. I don't see that in your panel, but it may be covered by your advanced options. If you don't have schedule export in the center of your export panel, you require the permission:
- Analytics > Data Export > Schedule (to schedule exports)

Hi Maisy - When I go to the Export Panel, I do not have all those options. Am I missing a permission?

Hi Lionel,
Yes, you can get 30-minute breakdowns for a 1 month period of time.
1. Navigate to Queue Performance
2. If you want one queue, click the queue. If you want more than one queue, filter for them, and then select "view as group".
3. Open the export panel, select "Schedule export".
4. Select Time Period "Month to Date" (for example).
5. Select Granularity "30 Minutes".
6. If you selected multiple queues, and wish to split them, select "Advanced options" and check "Split Filters"
7. After setting any other options, click Export.

Hi Maysey,
I would like to know if it is possible to have the 30 mn interval breakdown for a wide range report (a whole month for example) that is generated from the Queue Performance Views? Is there an option to activate in order to get it?
I tried to replicate and follow the steps detailed in the resource center and I can only retrieve the data per day and not with the 30 mn interval breakdown.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Suresh, have you checked out the Queue Performance views? A few things you can do for those are:
- see a summary list of queues
- see interval breakdowns for a single queue
- see interval breakdowns for multiple queues
Then with each of those you can export and can:
- Split Filters on the interval breakdown view with multiple queues to see data by queue
- Split by Media to see data broken down for each media type
- Exclude Empty Rows to hide any rows without data
- Create a custom schedule
and much more!
