  • 1.  WFM Activity Code Report

    Is there a report I can run that will tell me how much time is used for specific activity codes? (Preferably by agent and day). For example, I have a code under the On Queue category for OT and I'll like to see how much OT is being scheduled.

    More along the lines of how many total hours within the Management Unit are scheduled for a certain activity.

    This is close.  In the Actions menu for a schedule, choose Export and choose Activities

    It will export a CSV similar to this:

    Then do a quick pivot table in Excel:

    So, as Robert basically pointed out...no, no built-in report or view to get directly to what you want, but a way to do so with exported data.
