Just a couple of clarification questions, if I may...
1. Does the customer get an email with a link to reset the password?
2. Is the organization set to use only Single Sign-On for authentication, and thus the standard user login with password won't work? I'm not sure what that looks like when you go through the Forgot Password sequence.
