    Hello!

    I know that we can add a full URL as a hyperlink within the Web Messaging, but is there a way to not show the actual URL and display words ex: Click Here

    You are raising a good question: can I ask for the actual use-case? Which entity would be generating such formatted link? Is it the agent (manually), or canned response, or the Bot? We have an existing Idea for markdown syntax support here: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DIG-I-120

    Hi Angelo,

    It was for Web Messenger and Bot FLow to be used in Web Messenger so it show "Click Here" and not the full link.

    FYI, another approach would be to use Rich Media Cards: this is a new feature now available as Beta, where Bot can offer a rich card which may include a Button with hyperlink. See: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/work-with-cards-in-bot-conversations/
