Hi, I have a client where agents are working with Interaction EasyScripter Client application installed on terminal server. I need to figure out how to configure autologon to ES application for agents who can sit on random places. I cannot name workstations as computer name because it is a terminal server and I cannot use default workstation option because I never know where the agent would sit. I was thinking of using virtual IP feature of terminal server, but I'm not sure how it can help since agents works on one server anyway. Regards, Ernest
