  • 1.  "How Ended: Hold" ?

    Usually the response is "Local Disconnect" or "Remote Disconnect". I've also seen "transfer" and "conference". What I don't understand is "Hold". I listened to these calls expecting to hear the call being put on hold and then inexplicably ending but they all seem to have regular, common endings (being remote, local, or transfer). Does anyone know what this "Hold" code means? Thanks!
