Hello,
We just bought a bunch of new IP430 phones with Plantronics H91N headsets. Trouble is the headsets don't work at all. I've tried several headset/qd combos on several different phones but they dont' work on any of them. You simply hear nothing when you try to pick up a call or go off-hook with the headset button.
Is there something we're missing in terms of configuration that will make this work? As far as I can tell these things should be plug 'n play.
