Hi! I have two stations SIP-100 from Inin and both have problems with connection and communication with the server. Both have valid configuration like other working workstations, but TFTP server on the CIC answers them "Provision mode file not retrieved". Both are added in the Interaction Administrator, both can be successfully ping from the CIC server (Remote Desktop). :mad: Please help! What can be the cause of our problems? Regards. Kovaristo
