I have some questions in regards to Chat and Rules.
Under Configuration with the Alerting option set to NOT ring the computer (don't like the double ring noise) is it possible to set up a Rule that would play a wave file when a chat comes in? As more times then not, the chat window pops up behind the client and is not noticed. The chat opportunity is then lost.
In Rules is a chat considered a 'call'? Could I use the template under Inbound Calls for 'Display desktop alert if custom
attribute set on call" . I tried fooling with it but had no luck.
Also where can I find the 'attributes' list? Is it posted here somewhere? I don't have access to the server to look for it.
