    Brand new to the forum...trying to get started on a screen pop integration...very basic...when a call comes in, if we can recognize the phone number, would like to kick off another application and prepopulate client data in the application, thereby reducing the amount of time spent by a CSA opening the app and typing in the client data... Thanks in advance for any help you can funnel my way!

    In CIC 3.0 SU6 or SU7, a new API was released for just this type of feature request. It is the AddIn API for the .NET client. It allows you to right a .NET dll which will get loaded by the .NET client and execute a Screen Pop Action at the time of call alerting or connection.
