Dear All, I have a query . I am using easy scripter for inbound process which pop ups info . My query is , can i transfer a call to an IVR from easy scripter cleint? For example , an inbound call comes , agents receives and then he/she wants to tranfer to an IVR . Is it possible ? Thank you

As you've stated, yes, it shall be possible. Just do a blind transfer using the EasyScripter csCommands to the extension linked to an attendant profile you want to run. You'll need to embed this logic in a JavaScript button in EasyScripter script.
