We are a large CIC 3.0 SU12 email shop and have had issues with email formatting in ACD emails. When our users attempt to copy and paste or insert Response Management (RM) messages into HTML email replies, the justification might lock into a center or right justification that we can’t easily fix. I have seen RM messages inserted into emails where the font and color changes without intervention. Cut and pasting text produces undesirable results at times as well where the font might shrink to an unreadable size from the original size. The group experiencing the most problem use Windows XP with Office 2003. I’m still looking to see if a new Windows 7 user with a newer Office version is having the same issue. Anyone else seen this or overcome something like this? Guy
