Win have several users who have upgraded to Win 7 and Office 2007 or 2010 who have lost the ability to select Interaction Fax as printer source. They had no issues with this function under WinXP. When going to print in word or Outlook Interaction Fax is not an option and can't be added. We are on .NET Edition 2.4 client software.

Win 7 usually means 64-bit. If that is the case in your environment, there is no 64-bit driver for the Interaction Fax printer. You will have to upgrade to IC 3.0 SU11 or later to get 64-bit fax on the client side.

Hi, I have win 7 32 bit and Interaction FAX printer driver is installed fine and I can send and receive FAX, so most likely you have a 64 bit install and in that case there are 2 solutions. 1) upgrade to 3.0 when SU 11 is available. 2) reinstall the Win 7 PC's with 32 bit rather then 64. Hope this helps to make a decision.
