Hi, I am trying to create a custom query that returns the number of emails and the average handle time over a certain time frame, for one workgroup by agent. I looked at the report
Agent Performance Detail for Queue by Date by Interaction type, and this report returned all workgroups the agent is a member of. I just need one workgroup and those stats.
Anyone have any idea how I could accomplish this? Which table would contain this data?
