Is there a source that I can download best practices for ININ dialer? Especially published in 2012?

The official 3.0 Best Practice guide is here: https://my.inin.com/support/products/dialer-scripter30/Documents/Dialer_30_Best_Practices.pdf It was published in 2009 though, not 2012. That's the only official guide.
