    Does anyone know if I3 has/offers CTI Integration? We are looking to move to an all inclusive e-commerce platform and would like to integrate its functions with our I3 SU13 telephony system. Does anyone know the answer to this and if so, can you point me in the right direction for documentation, etc? Thank in advance

    What kind of integration are you talking about? You can probably do screen pops with URL calls. You might be able to do some database lookup or insert through web service calls. You can predisposition calls with a web service lookup. What were you envisioning?
