    Is there a way to tag a call for a workgroup (like disposition) so that when querying the DB the customer can tell what the end result is? The objective of the user is to be able to tell if they are dialing the same number twice within a period or if the call was successful. Many Thanks, Bryan

    If you write logic in this custom handler, you will be able to write what ever you want to the custom fields of the database and use Report Assistant to report on them.
