I see there is a CustomSendWrapUpRequest, but is there a way to customize the list of wrap up codes to choose from? What I would like to do is be able to have the handler recognize that the interaction is a Callback Request, then limit the wrap up codes for the Callback Request to: Contacted Customer, Left Voicemail, or No Answer. Currently, the CSR sees the entire list of wrap up codes associated with the particular workgroup. We are on 4.0 SU3.
