Team
So I have all my queues (75 of them) setup in my workgroup overview and one of my statistics is "Interactions Waiting". I have clicked on the box, so the arrow is pointing downwards, signalling SORT by number of calls waiting...but they appear randomly in the workgroup...I want them to go to the top of the workgroup so I can easily see what clients call is waiting..... This was working on my previous version, so what am I doing wrong here guys.
