We currently have a "queues" tab - which is a speed dial, really. And it has all the queues listed there, so agents drag calls onto those 'buttons' when they need to transfer a call.
Is there a way I can create Queues1 and Queues2, and make sure that one team sees / has access to ONLY Queues1, but not Queues2, and the other team sees / has acess to ONLY Queues 2 but not Queues 1?
