    Are there any whitepapers available for SIP proxy? I would like to add audioCodes gateway to route 911 calls in DR situations when our SIP trunks are down. I understand that I need a SIP proxy to route my calls.

    Why not use the SIP proxy from Interactive Intelligence? The proxy will give you a bunch of additional features over a vanilla version of a SIP proxy.

    The ININ SIP proxy works well with Polycom phones for redundant call routing and can automatically sync station configuration for managed IP phones.

    Mark, Thank you. I would contact our VAR for documentation. I appreciate your help. Is there a way to mark this answer as "Resolved" in this forum? I am assuming "closed this thread" might work but I am not sure.
