Hi Everyone, I have a request from a Client to show the longest waiting time of the Current Shift on the Marquee. I have no Idea how I could do this and would very much appreciate any insight into this if you got it. It is not the same as Longest Wait right now, which we currently do show, so that is not a problem. Best Regards, Egill

Hi Egil, did you ever get to the bottom of this. I also have a requirement to do this, I was thinking I would probably have to capture longest wait for the current period/shift across ALL agents (so agent stat, not workgroup) and then use js to find the max figure, a bit ugly but that agent stat seems to be the only one I can see which the shift/period can be specified for. Be interested to hear if you found another way though. James
