Thank you for your replies. Yes, we have configured email and have done all settings suggested in documents. However, our chat interactions are not getting recorded and might be because of that chat transcripts aren't getting emailed. We are currently fixing chat recording. Will get back to you asap.

Has anyone had luck with emailing web chat transcripts in 4.0 SU6 or beyond? We have added the EnableWebTranscript parameter and we now see the Email Transcript check box on the initial chat form however when checking the box and providing a valid email address it seems like the transcript isn't getting sent.
Is there any customization that needs to be done to enable the transcript emails?
