Hi, I am trying to integrate CIC 4.0 (su4) with a 3rd party ASR product through MRCP. I've done this integration several times with Nuance Recognizer. But this is a new ASR product which is not in the list of testlab. So i've intalled MrcpASRServer and its update to the ASR server. The ASR product uses unimrcpserver for mrcp connection (like Nuance Speech Server in Nuance). It is using 9060 port and i set it as sip:mresources@[IP_Address]:9060 on the webpage called "xIC ASR Server - MRCP". And trusted the newly created certificate from Interaction Administrator. But when i check the status from the webpage it says "Not connected". Am i missing something? Thanks,

when i change the port to 5060 and add CIC server with its name (instead of IP), the issue is solved. Thx,
