  • 1.  Survey vs. Agent Results

    All the Historical Reports for Interactive Feedback summarize stats at the agent level. We are looking to run a department summary report on the total surveys offered, completed and the % satisfaction rating. Ex - we ask 5 questions and have them rate us on a scale of 1 to 5. If we receive a score of 4, the % satisfaction rating is 80%. I don't need the results at the agent level... we're just looking for a rollup at the survey level to measure total (1) survey participation rate (2) satisfaction rate. Does anyone know how I can access this info? We can see the total surveys completed and the % satisfaction rating in our real-time Dashboard on the Interactive Feedback module, but I can't seem to access a historical report that has the same info. FYI - we are currently on CIC 2015 R1 Thanks in advance!
