I was on my media server, and I saw the service "ININ_SystemSettingsSVC" was disabled. I looked at my other media server, and it was disabled there, also. I checked with a colleague at another company, and they were disabled on her servers too. I conclude that it is not necessary to have it running, but I am curious about what it is. Thanks

I can't find the documentation for this but if I remember correctly that service is used when the media servers are the stand alone packaged media servers purchased through Interactive Intelligence. The packaged media servers are suppose to be black boxes so I think the service gives you a web page to log into to access some system settings.
