Hi,
Situation is as follows: For a client we need to implement a CTI which is based on opening a URL with some variables (CIC attributes) into Firefox. The Interaction Client is run from a Terminal Services environment and Firefox is installed as App-v package.
Through the 'Action configuration' option Firefox can be successfully opened with the shortcut: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Application Virtualization Client\sfttray.exe /launch "Firefox?. However when the variables are added in the 'Command List' option it does not work. When using the same command option with Firefox on a server where it is locally installed it does work.
Does anyone have experience with opening an App-V application through the 'Action Configuration' in combination with the 'Command List' option or does any one know if it is possible at all?
Software version:
Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise 64bit (6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601)
CIC 3.0 SU17
Thanks, Jony
